Position Summary

The Go-To-Market Operations Assistant supports the day-to-day execution of product setup and digital merchandising activities, helping ensure product information is accurate, organized, and maintained across internal systems and external sales channels. 

Based in Jodhpur and working closely with the Senior Product Operations Coordinator, this role assists with product specifications, sample coordination, data entry, and quality assurance to support successful product launches. 

Reporting to the Director of Art Development & Go-To-Market Operations, this is an entry-level position designed to build a strong foundation in Go-To-Market Operations, with opportunities for increased ownership and career growth as skills and experience develop. 

Key Responsibilities

Product Setup & Data Maintenance 

  • Assist with product setup and maintenance across internal systems. 

  • Support the creation, verification, and updating of product specifications. 

  • Enter and maintain accurate product information, including dimensions, materials, and digital merchandising content. 

Sample Coordination & Launch Readiness 

  • Coordinate new sample content, photography requests, and overall product readiness. 

  • Support product launch preparation by completing assigned operational tasks within established timelines. 

Quality Assurance & Content Validation 

  • Perform quality assurance checks to ensure product data accuracy across internal systems and external sales channels. 

  • Assist with uploading, maintaining, and validating product content across e-commerce platforms. 

Organization & Process 

  • Organize and maintain product assets, images, specifications, and supporting documentation. 

  • Follow established workflows, documentation standards, and standard operating procedures. 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience. 

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy. 

  • Good organizational skills; able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. 

  • Comfortable working with data-entry, spreadsheet, and content-management tools; experience with e-commerce or PIM/ERP systems an asset. 

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills. 

  • Positive, reliable, and eager to learn and grow in the role.
